Returns

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please supply original packing slip or order confirmation email to help us serve you efficiently. Sales of discounted items are final.

If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us in writing via email at info@theezer-thesuitablewoman.com within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly and quickly work to resolve the situation for you.

You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item. You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and a replacement will be sent to the original mailing address.

Items missing from your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to info@theezer-thesuitablewoman.com and will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or in the event a particular item is no longer available, a refund or shop credit will be extended.
